Debt Counselling

I have a big problem with ABSA, I am over committed and therefore put myself under debt rescue with Liberty 42. We send all relevant documentation to absa so that they know there is a problem, I even phone them and let them know and ask if they did receive the letter of liberty 42, they said yes but was looking for a norther confirmation from my debt rescuer, so we did send it thru, Liberty 42 send all requirement to ***ca; ***; ***ca; ***ca; ***. Up till now nobody knows anything, but in the mean time they keep phoning me an mailing me to say that i am in arears. All we want is the outstanding balance and if Absa will proceed with the proposal. I never had a bad name and Absa is going to make that happen if they are not going to comply.
