debt collectors

due to covid i could not pay my accounts. absa sold my accounts to a 3rd party and now when i did make arrangements and sorted out my accounts with absa , the 3rd party debt collectors state i have not made payments. i only had 2 accounts with absa but the 3rd party collectors claim i have 3 accounts. they refuse to accept reasoning and i can not get anyone from absa to assist. this post is not to discriminate absa or anyone concerned but just to get the right manager to call me to resolve this
