debt arrangement with summons

<p>i am totally appauled by the change i receive from absa and their co attorney companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>i had a credit card with absa and could not make payment as i was out of a job. when i got back to work i had commitments to look to and other creditors amongst others but i was called by the attorneys and made arrangements to pay absa . i now received a summons and called absa law society ncr and the said attorneys but still have no grace. now the attorneys ask for an amount i cant afford .</p> <p> </p> <p>i need a remedy here that will not sacrifice the the food at my table. i have two dependant children and im not in a good space with my finances all other creditors have been understanding. </p>
