Debited twice in the month of December

I was debited twice by ABSA Vehicle Finance this month. I had requested to be debited on the 23rd of December instead of 1st January because I was getting paid early this month due to the festive season. To my surprise AVF debited me AGAIN today. I need this to be sorted out because I have to buy school stationery for my children with the money they have taken.
