debited my accounted without permission

Good Day <br> <br> I've recently visited Absa forest hill for a debit of my student cheque account , I've spoken to a representative from reds mall where I open the account annovember d that iI'm unemployed , my mum gave me fundto deposit on the 12th of November and there was a debit on my account for a personal loan which I'm willing to make arrangements for but the deposit I made on the 12th of November was for my grand fathers funeral that's on Tuesday , I seriously need assistance to have this problem resolved ASAP! I'm unemployed and we need the funds for the funeral and it's not my cash and proof can be given aswell .
