Debit your 3000 and reverse the rest of the money!

This is frustrating,what is the use of having an agreement in place ,while Absa on the other hand you keep debiting more money on my account you were supposed to debit 3000 but instead you debited 15811.98 rands on my account. I'm so tired of having to come here on hello Peter to complain,even last December you did the same.please take your 3000 Rand and reverse the rest! I'm even thinking of closing my account,this is such an inconvenience,having to beg for my money from Absa every month
