DEBIT ORDERS!!!

I have been having a probliem with one of my creditor where i am not getting assistance from them to change my debit order date and now i am asking my bank to stop the debit order and i will pay manually as i cannot afford every month my account is overdrawn and affects my credit score and absa tells me they cant help me. I know all big banks were going to assist me if i was their client. I AM SWITCHING MY BANKING SOMEWHERE else
