debit orders

i have a ABSA cheque account and i have unexpected debit orders that went through yesterday unfortunately i couldn`t go to the ABSA branch because i`m in the rural area and i`m attending a family funeral, i called absa but they told me they cant reserve the debit orders i need this sorted because at the end of the day il have -ve on account which will affect my credit scoring.. i only know of 4 debit orders, 1life direct, clintel life, my stop order and DSTV.. i need the oder ones removed and my money back thank you..
