Debit order was stop but still deducting

I went to ABSA to put a stop on my ABSA Cheque account and was told it's not possible, because I don't have a overdraft. They were also supposed to stop the personal loan debit order cause it was being paid from another account. Now the debit order keeps going off and there is no funds available, so the unpaid fees are heaping up. There is also another debit order of R1325.11 going off and I'm not sure what it is for.
