Debit order that i dont know about

i am having a debit order being debited every month end in my account. i called absa bank call centre and they only told me to sort it out with the third party my problem is i dont know which<br> third party is it. And worse thing is that it debits 3 debits of which absa puts penalty fees on it because there is no money on my account. im a student and every cent i get from my parents goes towards the penalty fees and im left with nothing. please help me
