Debit order that cant be traced

A debit order has gone off my account which has not been authorized by me, when phoning the call centre and speaking to Monique she says Absa cannot trace which company it was and I must phone back in 2 days.<br> How can money be taken from an account and there be no trace of it? So its acceptable for money to vanish out of my account and I must wait 2 days before being assisted.. and how long to reverse the debit order?
