Debit Order taken from account after sale of car

I sold my car on 26 Feb 2025 and was assured that the debit order will be cancelled. What a surprise to see the R6755.59 going off via debit order on 1 March 2025 when I no longer have the car. I've asked my private banker to reverse this amount. Let's see what ABSA comes up with this time.

Still up to today ABSA never confirmed that the debit order is cancelled. They refunded the debit order that was paid into the account but double deducted it off the shortfall in the account increasing the shortfall with the debit order amount refunded. How sly is that?
