debit order stop

I have been asking your consultants to help me stop/hold some debit orders but they just don't wanna help and not sure the reason why as they keep saying they can't however they did stop some transactions so what makes it impossible to do the same on these ones?? I have a problem with these creditors because I make arrangements with them yet they don't stick to it I understand it's not your fault but as my bank you should be able to help me hold these while i sort them out on the side.. would you rather loose a client than help a client because I'm at the edge of opening a new account with another bank if you guys cannot help me?

debit orders that i wanna hold is

1. AFRICAN BANK... they debit anytime they want... 400

2. ********** Dedit date 30 monthly..................400

3.Hollard....... 120

Please help me hold these debits or i 'll go ahead and change banks.

Dear Customer

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The bank can only help you by putting the stop order on these debits but that does not give guarantee that your creditors will not try to run them through. Please take note that the agreement was between you and those institutions and they processed the debit orders, the reason why the system does not allow us to delete them

I know about the agreement part between me and them, and that is exactkly what I've been asking for.. that you put a stop order on them.. then why aren't you helpong me with that?? You didn't have to remind me about the fact that i had an agreement with those creditors because I know that. I am asking for you as my bank to help me while i deal with them so whats so difficult to just put that stop order??
