debit order reversal option on online banking

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I am an ABSA client, there was a debit order that went off my account from a service provider i have a dispute with, i tried reversing it but it does not allow reversal online.</p> <p> </p> <p>why is this?</p> <p>please can this be rectified and assist me with reversal</p> <p>why have an online tool if it does not benefit your customer?</p>
