Debit order reversal on a Saturday afternoon
Had a unauthorized debit order that happened on 16h00 Saturday, did a reversal online at 18h00 and went through and got money and fee return to account. Very nice service with regards to convenience and control of account. I thought the systems would process it during business hours but no. Happy it was so smooth on a Saturday.
