Debit Order Reversal - Branch failed to assist

I went to Phuthaditjhaba Branch to request a reversal of a Debit Order and I was told that they cannot do it at a Branch, as a client I thought Branch will be able to assist me on reversing that Debit Order and Stop it from deducting. I am so dissappointed with ABSA

I want to stop that Debit order and reverse it
