DEBIT ORDER PROBLEMS

Good Day

i used to bank with absa for a very long time until recently when i changed banks due to poor service . what happened was because of the bank switching my personal loan account fell one month in arrears. I called them to make arrangements that on top of the normal installment they must add R500 to cover the arrears amount. to my surprise month end they deducted only R500 instead, i again called them and they assured me that it was a mistake on their side they will fix it. another month end came and still they deducted the R500 so now my account fell more in arrears. today i took it upon my self to make a cash payment of my normal installment. so now my question is who must be held responsible for the arrears amount that absa caused on my account? i want all calls traced as proof of my arrangements since they say they record their calls. i will not be held responsible for those arrears amounts because it is not my fault i made my part by making arrangements Absa did not keep to that arrangement. i am willing to take this further should this matter not be resolved accordingly. I am also going to make it my point to warn my friends and families .
