Debit Order Problem

I purchased a new property and accepted an ABSA home loan. The first debit order was supposed to go off on the 01/07/2017 which it did not. I then phoned on the 04/07/2017 at 08:14 to query this and spoke to Brenda who advised that they did not receive the instruction from the attorneys to debit my account. I have subsequently received the proof from the attorneys that it was sent to the bank. Brenda then loaded a special debit order to go off in 3 days. I then received a call from the legal department yesterday advising that I’m in arrears and owe ABSA the installment. It’s been 3 days now and the debit order has not gone off my account.

Can you please

A.) Deduct the installments

B.) Send me a singed letter of good standing and stating that this will not appear on my credit record as a late payment.

I am a new ABSA customer and this is not a very good start to this relationship and I'm very concerned that my credit record will be affected due to ABSA's incompetence.
