debit order problem

i got an email with my ABSA statement and was advised that i will be debited for R3113 at the end of the month, i find this ridiculous as my debit order should go off monthly and certain months ABSA did not debit my account, i also called in a few weeks ago and wanted to increase my limit and was advised that the aco**** wa sin arrears due to a debit order not being deducted, please can this be fixed as it reflects badly on my side.<br> why isnt ABSA debiting my account monthly? this is not my fault<br>
