Debit Order NOT stopped as requested

I went to the bank specifically for 2 reasons last week Saturday (17 February) - to unblock my account and to stop a debit order and reverse the funds taken. To my surprise this morning I have the very same debit order I asked to be stopped go off my account. I have a newborn baby currently sick with croup, leaving for me is not an option as I am a single mother. PLEASE STOP THE DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED!!!!!
