Debit Order Nightmare

<p>Last year I had two cases of ********** activity on my account with ficticious debit orders one of which never got refunded. This year, from February 2016 the same is happening with a company called MASIBAMBIS which i never heard of or dealt with. Every month I call ABSA and get told to go to a branch to resolve the problem. After so many branches closing down recently or moving it is a problem to find one close to work which is rather inconvenient. Why do we get given a call center number if they are totally incapable of putting a stop to this nonsense immediately? These people should be flagged immediately and they should not be able to pull any other debit order transaction out of ANY bank. Sometimes I really wonder whether this is not an ABSA employee. Who else would know my account details?</p> <p>Sorry but this will not even make a 1 star rating!</p>
