Debit Order - Multid Formedstra
My elderly mother has been having R110 deducted off her account monthly by - Multid Formedstra ********** 9. She has limited transport access and went to the bank only to be told that yes, this is an issue ( the manager showed her similar cases on hellopeter) but the bank can't stop the debit orders. She has not authorized these payments and is on a small pension. it is unacceptable that she is having this money deducted. Please can you look into this matter.
