Debit order fault

I have a new Personal loan with ABSA. First debit order was due end of June, no debit order went off so I transferred the amount to my Personal loan account after I saw that the debit order is not going off. I received on the 26th of this month (July) a notification to please pay on time, as the first time the debit order didn't went off on the 28th as it should have, I presumed that there is no debit order. I immediately made payment on the 26th of July, transferred the amount to my Personal Loan account. And to my surprise the debit order also went off this month on the 28th. So I would like you to reverse my first payment I made this month on the 26th and to make sure that my debit order will definitely go off every month on the 28th as per the contract. I do not have time to go into the bank for nonsense like this that should have been done correctly the first time.
