Debit order didn't go through but funds were there

I have vehicle finance with Absa (as at 2014), I have been paying all my instalments with no worries until I changed banks. I app**** for debit order switching and my application got rejected apparently I supp**** wrong account details to my new bank. I then called and sent emails to various people asking for their help but I was sent from pillar to post. <br> <br> 3 months or so down the line R Mtsweni decided to help me out with the switch, the 1st debit order was supposed to go off on the 20th Dec 15. It did not go through but I had enough funds on my account, after I got threats to be handed over but whose fault is it??? I am the one who has been following up on Absa. I refuse to be bul**** by Absa. It's so sad when the consumer is willing to pay, Absa is dragging feet.. If you have handed my account already, it'd better be inverted. <br> <br> And how does this reflect on my credit report????<br> <br> Have your facts straight before you throw threats at my face!!!
