Debit order date change

I just called the absa vehicle department to change my debit order as I was advised I can only change the debit order date once I've made a payment. Now I have an issue, this agent I spoke to earlier was so unhelpful to assist me change the date. So absa rather have failed debit orders than helping an individual now. This service is so annoying and the agent was so *********** and unhelpful.
