This is the emai I received on the 9th June 2023 after i had asked Absa Vaf to move my debit order to my salary date (25th) to and i was asked to send my bank statement to show that my salary is indeed received on the 25th. Thinking that the issue has been resolved i get this sms .. Absa: Dear MISS LETLOLE, thank you for your regular payments on your vehicle finance account. This is a courtesy reminder that your next payment is due on 30/06/2023. Auth FSP/NCRCP7. This kind of incompetence is annoying. I don't know why you would want to debit my account on the 30th when you've clearly seen my salary date on the bank statement. Should that debit order fail on the 30th, I'll raise this with the banking ombudsman and please don't call me if it fails.
