Debit Order Customer who's listed on ITC????

Hi,<br> I'm terribly shocked. I've app**** for a cell phone contract and have been declined due to my ITC credit record. Upon contacting Transunion, they told me that my ABSA Vehicle Finance is behind by 9 months.<br> <br> I'm a debit order customer at ABSA and this account has already been settled, how on earth can I be listed on the ITC?????<br> <br> Transunion tells me, only ABSA can fix this within 7 days. All the numbers they have given me, either just refer me from one place to another or are not working. *** or *** or ***or ***or ***<br> <br> If Transuion has to rectify this, it will take over 20 days to correct
