Debit order charges

I contacted Absa Bank last week to enquire why debit orders were being processed against my account on the 3rd of the month, as I had not made any arrangement or provided authorisation for debit orders to be collected on that date. I was advised to send an email to "***ca" explaining my situation. My concern is that whenever these debit orders are presented against my account and there are insufficient funds available, I am charged approximately R150 in bank fees. After reviewing my bank statements for the past three months, I noticed that I have incurred several charges resulting from unsuccessful debit order attempts due to insufficient funds. I do not understand why debit orders are being processed on dates for which I have not provided any authorisation or arrangement. In particular, I did not authorise or agree to a debit order being collected on 3 May. I would therefore like to request a refund of the bank charges incurred as a result of the debit order attempts on the following dates: 19 March 20 March 24 April 3 May I kindly request that this matter be investigated, the transactions reviewed, and the related charges reversed where appropriate. I would appreciate your prompt assistance and feedback regarding this matter.

Reviewer Update
Today is 5 June, and I have not yet received any feedback from Absa. Kindly confirm whether my query is being attended to. If not, please advise so that I may escalate the matter, as I cannot continue to be charged for transactions that I did not authorise.
