Debit order changed out of the sudden

My debit order date suddenly changed on my credit card to the 14 the of each month. I now received a sms saying that I am overdue . I want to know changed the date for my debit order because I only get money in my account at the end of the month because it was not me and I want the bad record taken off my name because it is not my mistake and I really try to keep my record clean.
