Debit order cancelation

I asked absa to block a debit order but they kept saying they can't I must call the service provider to cancel from their side now the same service provider keeps saying they stopped it but no they keep going into my acc and now absa charges me R150 for every debit order that bounces I guess that's how they make their money by refusing to block the debit order.
