Debit Order
My account was debited two days ago and last month my car was paid off by Hyundai.
Now when I call to be refunded, they say I was in arrears but my monthly statement doesn’t show any of the disclosed arrears. I’m really not happy with what is going on cos every one I speak on the phone with give me different stories. Since I’ve been your client I’ve been getting problems every month, I’m so glad I’m no longer your client.
Please escalate this urgently!

I hereby request a written declaration by the bank (Absa) on the arrears fees that one of your consultants advised stating that not receiving my full amount of the debit order from my account due to the settlement done by Hyundai, as I have to furnish the letter to the banking ombudsman for professional assistance in this matter.
