Debit order
A debit order that goes through from absa to my capitec Credit card never got into my credit card but was debited from absa account since February. I have been assisted by capitec to check where the problem is and absa agreed to reverse the money by last week Friday or Saturday and i have been waiting. Ive been trying to call absa i cant get through because the cheque account option is not available because of lockdown and i cant go to the bank.

If the debit order is for your Capitec Credit card it means you have given instruction for the debit to go through then why must we do a reversal. Also did it go off your Absa account. 14 May 2020, 09:52 I have authorized the debit order and the money is not in the credit card. Yes, The debit order went off my absa account. The amount is R4135.96 on the 27th of February
