Debit or Journal taking R13 400 off my account

I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT Amount R-13,400 was deducted of my account. I have NEVER given permission for this debit order. This was taken off my savings account for a card number i am not sure about. I have been trying to get hold of the lawyers to make arrangements with them yet i never hear back from them. This was never authorized by me. I need this moneys reversed into my account immediately AND would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter. Easy to say "contact us, make arrangements etc", but then you get NO feedback, money just get taking out of your account. I am seriously considering moving my account. This was done before and i let it go but now it is almost R14 000 they just took off my account and i have been trying to get hold of the lawyers but the lawyers were changed. THis has taken my money that i cannot pay rent, cannot pay school fees and how do you expect a person to buy food.
