Debit my account after 21 years

Good day <br> <br> My account has been debited by Absa bank with the amount of R6541.00 they said it is for a vehicle that I owned in 1994. I don't even know about this and it is 21 years back, the didn't even notify me that they are going to take the money. When I went to Absa in Durban we was standing in that line for almost 3 and a half hours and they couldn't give me an answer. Can you please assist me. Thanks
