Debit my account

I lost my job in July 2019 and only started working in January 2020 my first full salary paid in my acc Absa debit my acc with 75% of my salary. I logged a complaint on the 2 March with action line and till today no one bothered to phone me back. I dont have enough money for petrol to go to work. I will lose my job and this to Absa. They are not human dont know how to handle customers.
