Please assist with a refund.
A journal was passed on my account for R10 864.06 and I had an arrangement of R1500. I am unable to pay my other accounts like my home loan and vehicle finance and also purchase clothes for my Kids. I ask that you please refund me R8000 and we continue with the R1500 arrangement until I sort out my finances.
My arrangement was due on the 19th of December but I only got paid on the 22nd of December hence I could not honour the arrangement.

22 Dec 2023, 14:56I am even thinking of closing my account to save my children money. I have a Bond to pay that is with you and now I do not have enough to pay it. If we had the money to pay the full instalments we would pay it. We do not do this on purpose.
