Debit Journal

Absa closed my account without consulting me in February 2024 . I had money in the account and they wrote it off and the description is debit journal . I have been in communication with ABSA for the past two years trying to solve this with no succeess . Just the beginning of this month i spoke to one of their staff who promised to assist me but now they disapeared, i called again this morning and now they are telling me they are logging a new case. iyoh
