I refer to information received from your branch (Menlyn Park) some time ago. Today, the 02/11/2015, I called Absa Platinum Line on ***to verify this information as I am becoming increasingly frustrated when trying to shop online using my Absa Debit Card. I cannot shop online, despite confirmation in the email from the branch! Your DEBIT CARDS do NOT permit me to shop online!!! The Platinum Line consultant (***) assured me that Absa STILL ISSUES CHEQUE CARDS. Please see the email below and let me know why the branch staff do not know that Absa issues CHEQUE CARDS.
