Debit Card unable to do ONLINE Purchases

Good morning <br> <br> I opened a Gold Cheque Account last month, activated my internet banking and thought I was fine. I have been trying to do online purchases and tried loading my card details for Uber and it says \Not allowed".<br> <br> So I went into the Durban North Branch yesterday where I opened the account and the Consultant said I cannot do any online purchases with a Visa Debit Card and only with a CREDIT CARD which I do not want"
