Debit Card Replacement

I went to the Absa branch in Northgate to replace my debit card which will expire soon as I had received and sms advising me to go to my nearest branch to get a replacement card free. I get to the bank and the manager asks what type of card I am replacing. I show her and see then informs me they have run out of stock and her solution is that I go to another branch or they can order me a personalized one that I will have to pay R120 rand for. This is not acceptable as all the branches should ensure they have stock all the time. Absolutely shocking service, as I now have to take time off work to try and find a branch who has stock and as a contract worker, "no work no pay".
