Debit card *****

I was a victim of debit card ***** on the 5/08/2015 but the Ana notification wen t off on the 6/8/2015. It normally goes off immediately when a transaction is made. I reported it to Absa, made the case at the police station but has had no feedback from ABSA. I even called them twice to find out what is going on.
