DebiCheck on NAEDO Transactions

I went to ABSA branch here in pinetown to lodge a complaint about a debit order that went off my account which was categorized as a ****.

I then inquired about their Debit Check system but I was told this was not a first time NAEDO transaction on ma account and this can't be prevented by this newly implemented system. So they created a Case No ********** on 25-06-2018 but I still haven't heard anything from them.

Even today I still get SMSs that these people are still gonna be debiting my account (same people different ref Numbers)
