DebiCheck Issues
If I had an option, I was going to rate ABSA zero. I was shocked to find out from transunion that I've been handed over by Absa PL. Absa failed to debit my account with the correct amount even though my debicheck is assigned to the correct amount. For months I've been trying to contact them to fix this, but they have failed. Only to get a notification from Transunion that I've been handed over for not paying R36.00. This company is useless. They normally do double debit every month, but last month decided to not too, but to go and affect my credit record..
