Debi Check Debit Order and Collections ***********s!

I am a 71 year old, cancer patient whom is unable to be on top of my finances on a daily basis. So I depended on Absa Debit Order system to pay my expenses and debts on a monthly basis. I was really disappointed to be called because my Absa Personal Loan was in arrears, because the ABSA debi check debit order failed to deduct the installment end of December/ beginning January 2020. Not just did my budget not work out end of January and February, but my perfect Credit Record is now destroyed!!! I spoke to “collection staff” but no one can assist to repair my record and provide a solution on my getting this cashflow issue sorted out. Today, I just decided to pay the full amount in arrears, pushing my monthly budget in RED, because ABSA don’t stop calling me, the collection staff, not making notes on their system. I’m really disappointed in Absa and will not promote them. I’ve heard of hello peter and asked my daughter to help me to write a review. I just hope this message will reach a professional banker and my problems will be resolved.
