Debi check approval does not help

A Debi check order of R399 went of my account. The 4th or 5th agent told me when you get a message to approve or disapprove and you do NOT respond that day by 8pm, it is taken that NO response is approval. End November I was surprised to see R399 going out of my account. I got it reversed on my banking app. 16 December it was again taken. This time it did not show debit orders approved. ABSA agent said reference was changed, because I did stop and suspend in November. So, the organization got passed ABSA security measures and took the money. ABSA says they cannot return money. They do not know how I got it right the first time in November. I contacted the organization (Insurance company) and cancelled the contract that I did not approve , Debi check approval. The company says they will NOT return the funds

ABSA please state in your Debi check message that if you do not respond by 8pm the Debi check is approved automatically. (The ABSA agent at Deb check Collections told me this over the phone today)
