Death Claim

I am mad as hell over ABSA!!! My mother passed on and left money in the account. Its almost a year now we still going up and down to claim the money. We were told it will take 6months to receive the money but till today there is no feedback. By the Grace of God today I got through and they told me that the account number on the authority letter does not match the account they have. Apparently the send a request to the person in June, but no one from the branch said anything.

Do not put money here if your kids cant access it after you died. Do not.
