DEAN ABSA ENQUIRY
Good day i have an absa and capitec accounts what happen i transfer R5000 from my absa account to my capitec account now absa block my capitec account an open a ***** case the absa case nr is ref ********** the person at the ***** place name is Ballie tel ********** 827 i call her plenty of time to say they made a mistake to redraw the case from capitec so i can use my capitec account again even absa call them but she dont want to do anything. They say i must call customer care but they cant help my id is ********** 138087 . Absa ***** department must just redraw the case against capitec then capitec can unblock my acount.
