After weeks of investigating my claim absa approved my claim however I was told to send documents to the branch and they will courier it to ansa towers in main street. I left the document at the branch on Tuesday and it's now Thursday and the lady from the gateway branch was the most unhelpful as she can't give me an exact date that the courier will visit the store to fetch my document. This is the worst insurance ever. PLEASE DO NOT INSURE YOUR ITEMS WITH ABSA AS THEY ARE ***********. Worst Bunch ever
