I noticed multiple *****ulent transactions on my account that added up to a large amount, I reported the matter to the bank and they gave me a reference number and advised me to contact the ***** department which I did, as soon as I reported the matter I was told I would be contacted by the investigators but they never contacted me for any updates on the case. I sent them a case number and affidavit but still haven’t received an calls or emails regarding this matter.
