Last month I was not paid the rewards due to me for Sasol. I had to go through all transactions to pick this up. I complained and asked to be compensated. Was paid the difference and received an apology and was told that I could not be compensated however they will give my account special treatment to make sure it never happens again. Then I picked up that I was not given the proper rewards for an Anat transaction. Same procedure. Received apology and told that I would receive special treatment. Low and behold, the next month arrives and the special treatment is so good that 2 of my Sasol fill ups have NOT been rewarded. This is absolutely pathetic service. I now DEMAND some sort of compensation. Infact I shouldn't even have to ASK for it.
